Remote, UK based due to the technology used. 

Standard working hours: 8am – 5pm

Reports To:

MDM Data Manager

Purpose of Job:

The main responsibility is to maintain product data in our newly introduced master data management platform and ensure data accuracy and completeness across various systems, look after product lifecycle and provide support to Product Managers daily.

We are looking for someone who has high attention to details, has good communication skills and is eager to learn new applications and data management.

Key responsibilities and duties - daily tasks will include but not be limited to:

Set up new products and maintain currently existing ones

Ensure data quality: review duplicates and resolve them, make sure there are no products missing critical information and that product status reflect the current situation

Maintain Kits and contents

Ensure supplier accounts are correctly selected and maintained

Monitoring and resolving product-system related queries via email

Data reconciliations between the systems

Data migration from old ERP to new Product information Management system

Data preparation (cleaning and validating) for data imports

Identify product data inconsistencies and perform data quality checks

Build and maintain relationships with Product Managers

Weekly data checks and error correction

Analyse and process routine reports

Process end of month supplier data updates

 

Experience / Skills Required:

Knowledge of MS Excel

Basic SQL for data extractions

Attention to details

Strong effective communication and numeracy skills

Experience using ERP

 

Nice to have:

Experience with Product information Management

Data Analysis

Experience with Qlikview
